Summary:

~ airbrushed finish

~ natural and skin like

~ long wearing

~ does not emphasize fine lines

~ very pricey

How it react to my annoying skin?

This product did not have any claim on oil controlling, but somehow it kept my oily T- zone looking decent for the whole day. I have worn this foundation to sport days (from 10am to 7pm), and surprisingly it did not melt off from my face.

On my dry cheeks, this foundation did not emphasise my fine lines. However, I did notice by the end of the day that it started to cling to my dry patches. It didn’t look bad from far, so it was not much of a big problem to me.

My skin is very sensitive, but this foundation did not break me out or react badly to my skin, which is always a big plus to me. Overall, this foundation sits nicely on my skin and performed a great job in keeping my skin looking fresh and natural all day.

How much is it?

I bought this foundation from Sydney Myer, which costs 94 dollars. This is probably one of the most expensive foundations I’ve owned.

Does it run out quickly?

Yes!! I don’t know what is wrong with this foundation, but it ran out super quickly. I am a foundation junkie and I own many foundations. I’ve never finished any one of my bottles… apart from this one. Considering how expensive this foundation was, I was really shocked that it finished this quickly. I am 100% sure that I did not use it very often (maybe once or twice a week), and I did not use huge amounts of product. But it finished within the first two or three months!! I was actually breaking down inside because I’ve spent NINTY- FOUR DOLLARSSSSS ON ITTT!!!! 😦

How is the longevity of this foundation?

This is a pretty long wearing foundation. I’ve worn this to sports, and I sweat heaps! This foundation managed to stay nicely on my face during sport, and looked perfectly fine after me sweating like crazy.

How is the coverage?

This foundation gives a light to medium coverage. It is easily buildable, and will not look cakey at all.  Nice Packaging? Yes, the packaging is beautiful. Very luxuries looking (OFC BECAUSE I PAID SO MUCH FOR IT), and has a pump!

Easily Bendable?

Yes, it blends like a dream with my real techniques face brush. I normally would spray some foundation onto the brush, and then buff it into my skin in circling motions. Or I would just spray directly on my face, and then buff it in with a brush.

Will I repurchase this foundation?

I am actually not sure…. I am still thinking about whether I should repurchase it. I’ve been reading reviews online, and a lot of people say that the Sephora perfection mist airbrush foundation is a dupe with this Dior one. However, unfortunately, the Sephora one is not sold in Australia. Please tell me in the comment section if you own the Sephora foundation, and tell me if you like it or not.

Like always, thanks for reading!!  ❤
